1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ChatCode, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What ChatCode Is

ChatCode is a cloud development platform. It provides LXD containers, AI models, databases, and deployments. Billing is usage-based.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatCode.

4. Your Code, Your Property

You own everything you create on ChatCode. Full intellectual property rights stay with you. We do not claim any ownership, license, or rights to your code, projects, or data.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use ChatCode only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attack systems or networks.
  • Do not upload or distribute illegal content.
  • Do not mine crypto without permission.
  • Do not distribute malware.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Billing

ChatCode uses pay-as-you-go billing. You are billed for compute, storage, network, and AI usage at the rates shown on the pricing page. We use a pre-funded balance model: you load funds, and we deduct usage as you go. There are no refunds on consumed usage. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We try to keep ChatCode running, but we do not give an uptime guarantee. When possible, we will notify you about planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or anything beyond what you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Our total liability is capped at that amount.

9. Termination

We can close your account if you violate these terms. You can close your account at any time. After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will try to notify you. If you keep using ChatCode, that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
