ChatCode is a cloud development platform that provides virtualized containers at kernel level for software development, AI assistance, database management, and deployment services.
2. Account and Subscription
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
3. Data and Privacy
- We do not train AI models on your code or data
- Your code exists only within your assigned virtualized containers
- We do not store metadata about your code
- When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our systems
- Same privacy rules apply to databases, deployments, and development environments
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Do not attempt to compromise system security
- Do not use excessive resources that impact other users
- Do not violate intellectual property rights
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
ChatCode is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
