1. What We Collect

- Payment info is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

- We do not train AI on your code.
- We do not scan or analyze your code.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
3. Your Code
Your code lives in your isolated container. Only you can access it. We cannot read it. When you delete it, it is gone.
4. How We Store Data
Containers are isolated at the kernel level with LXD. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are encrypted.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google and GitHub handle authentication. We receive email and name only.
- Stripe handles payments and card data.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google process your chat messages. We do not store them after the conversation ends.
6. Cookies
- We use essential cookies for authentication, including a session token.
- We do not use tracking cookies.
- We do not use third-party analytics cookies.
7. Data Retention
- Account data is kept while your account exists.
- Code and projects are kept until you delete them or your container is removed.
- Logs are kept for 30 days.
- Billing records are kept for 7 years to meet legal requirements.
- Everything is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
8. Your Rights
- You can access your data.
- You can correct your data.
- You can delete your account.
- You can export your code.
- EU users can lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
- California residents: we do not sell your data, so no opt-out is needed.
