Cancellation Policy

1. You Can Cancel Anytime

Close your account or stop adding funds. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

2. How to Cancel

Email [email protected] or use account settings when available. Include your account email.

3. What Happens

Your containers stop running. Your code and data remain accessible for 7 days so you can download it. After 7 days, everything is permanently deleted.

4. Remaining Balance

Any unused balance above $5 can be refunded. See the Refund Policy. Below $5, the balance is forfeit.

5. During the 7-Day Grace Period

• Containers are stopped but data is preserved.
• You can export your code.
• You can reactivate by adding funds.

6. After Deletion

Data cannot be recovered. A new account starts fresh.
